ORDERS

How long before we get our orders?
Orders with available stock are processed quickly to ensure that they arrive to you within 2-3 business days. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been confirmed
What is Pre-Order?
  • It is a reservation of an item that is not yet available in stocks with the understanding that it will be shipped later
  • Pre-order items are paid in full and so as the rest of the items
  • Once your item becomes available, we will notify you via email
Where can I check the status of my order

Which payment method do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

PAYPAL Shop online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. To register for a new PayPal account, visit the PayPal website.  
Standard Credit and Debit Card Payments 3.49%
We guarantee that your credit card will be charged only once per order. It is however possible that the amount may appear twice on your bank statement. The first entry corresponds to the payment authorization request that is made when you place the order, the second confirms the actual charge.
Return and exchange

camillecollections do not accept returns, exchange or refund

Store services
Most products can be reserved in store depending on availability. You can reserve an item by contacting us directly on Instagram, or send us an email
The reservation is not guaranteed and our staff will confirm the availability and will get back to you once within 48 hours

Shipping guidlines
International Express Delivery: We offer express shipping with an average delivery time of 7 – 10 working days. Please note, delays due to unforeseen circumstances are subject to change as well as import fees may applyThe shipping cost depends on the dimensions and weight of the product. Bottega Veneta, Givenchy, Salvatore Ferregamo, Fendi can arrange international door to door service of your item. This can only be arranged through contacting us
Next Day / 48 hours Delivery: These items are normally arranged as soon as we get your order and the confirmation of your payment. Please allow 24 –  48 hours to check on your payment You will receive a text message from our MNL Team Customer Care before shipping out your item. This is to confirm the shipping information are correct at the same time, we will give you the amount required by the courier (local shipping cost)
Can I choose delivery date and time?
  • Please update us immediately or contact our MNL Team Customer Care
Where is my order?
  • All pre-orders placed will need to have 3 – 4 weeks waiting time to arrive in the Philippines. After payment please give us 1 week to process your orders and you may start the 3-4 weeks delivery time
Why does it takes too long to process my order?
    • All pre-orders items will need to be arranged in Europe. This can take time as we also wait for the confirmation of the boutique if the item is available in store, warehouse or need to be transferred from other locations. (1week sourcing)
    • Once all set and done from Europe, all items will be sent to our main hub, United Arab Emirates. We will check all the items, packed your items and will finally deliver them to the Philippines (3 weeks waiting sorting and packing to final destination)

    MNL Team will now update us once they received our items MNL Team will start sorting your items and will contact you via text messages

What should I do if my order has not been delivered within the estimated time?
    • If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest you:
      – Check your order’s delivery status with us

      – Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct
